Fort Knox Self Storage

Michael was wonderful. This was my first time renting a storage unit, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, showed me the different options, and was incredibly kind and supportive during a stressful move. Fort Knox is a great deal! Lakayza was very helpful, and in her words, "kicks butt like Chuck Norris". There are quirks at this location: - It's on a one-way street in the Tenderloin, so cars have to circle the block to get to the entrance. - You have to exit your car to open and close the entrance gate. - The freight elevator is spacious but doesn't automatically align at each floor, so you'll have to get a sense of when to release the button. The stairwell is only for emergencies so you have to use the freight elevator for everything. - There are ~3 parking spaces, although there's often one or no cars at a time. You'll need to be good at maneuvering to exit the facility since there's a single lane. In exchange for these quirks, there are upsides! - Rates are very low and price increases are promised to be rare and mild. Units are often the same price as ones half the size at nearby facilities. - The facility feels safe and secure. All my fellow tenants and the employees are nice. - You can always borrow carts and talk to the office staff. - Storage units are clean and have high ceilings. - The location is conveniently close to Bart, buses, and most of the city. I feel like I got a great deal that's more than worth it, so if everything sounds good to you, you should sign up. I've heard much better things about you this facility than the big names nearby.

As most of you alredy a Mad was saprised when HedEx I love it and the price was not bad st all. I did not even consider I had no plae to seecure if with short notice. I spend all night crusiing the Tendlodrin I spend the next 3 hours wonderig where the hell is PS employees and why arent those at work. By 9:45am I was pissed and sill without much needed storage spac and immediately linked up with Fort Knox self storage who was onsite and ready to do business. I had my documents and was eager to do business was the efficent, professional team who not only had space the did it in record timing - had to be. I was in and our purchase completewd in under 10 mina and headed to the office. I keep ;telling people the TL's is open and ready to do business! This is proof. I com[pletely understood the terms of the agreement, my due date, completed auto-pay get a business card and was asked if I'd complete a survey. I have no problems showing the world that the TL's is OPEN and PREPARED to do business. We simply want that chance.
