Fosterburg Rd Storage

I called and asked about outside car storage. He said they're not doing it. ????? They have cars in there and actually are still in business. I have family with their cars in there. Says it's underdevelopment. ??? With cars in there now? This guy is very confusing. Don't do business here. You might put everything in here rhen he says they're closed and you lose your S!

Very very poor customer service. The office representative is very rude. The office hours sign says 9-1pm on Saturdays and no one is in the office or available after 12pm. Same goes for the week days. Too bad if a holiday affects the postal deliveries because if your payment is one day late they will put a lock on your unit and give you the run around before they will unlock the unit. I have been inconvenienced 2 days in a row, running back and forth between both locations trying to reach the Office lady who politely put a sign in the window stating she will be at the other location which was a lie.

I would not recommend outside storage. I’ve had things unbolted and stolen off my trailer twice now without any concern from the owners. Today is my last day there.
