The Manager Randy, was so helpful and very accommodating. He is always so polite anytime I call or go into the office. The storage facility is clean and well kept. It is a pleasure to interact with Randy. He’s pleasant and always willing to treat customers with respect. He is truly a pleasure to do business with. He is prompt in returning calls and answering questions. I’ve used other storage units but I have to say Randy is the nicest Manager I’ve ever dealt with and he keeps the facility really clean. He is a big reason that I continue using this storage.

When I discovered that the overhead door on my storage unit was malfunctioning, I was worried it would take days to get fixed and that I wouldn't be able to access my belongings. I couldn't have been more wrong! I contacted the office, and Randy himself came out to assess the situation almost immediately. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he also had it repaired the same day! The speed and speed were truly impressive. What really blew me away was the quality of the repair – the overhead door now operates like brand new, maybe even better than when I first rented the unit. It glides smoothly, locks securely, and I have complete faith in its reliability. Randy the site manage was awesome and beyond helpful with getting m all dialed in with storage units! He was very helpful with getting things plugged in with my renter’s insurance which always helps! Nice facility with easy access to get in and out.
