Fair warning and future renters beware!!!! If you rent from this facility, you will NOT have full access to your belongings, nor will you be able to get in freely. They advertise being open from 9 to 5 but they will not give you a code to enter on your own free will during those hours. You have to call the number and hope someone picks up. If they pick up, you then have to make arrangements to meet the owner there so you can get to your unit. All this after they get paid in full. This is NOT at all how any other storages operate in Beaumont or America, so please be advised. Store your belongings somewhere else for the same price with better customer service and full access during advertised business hours. To add insult to injury, they received payment for two months as the automatically drafted it out if my account, so imagine paying for full service but not receiving it.
