Go Store It Self Storage

DO NOT RENT HERE My unit was broken into. We have notified the company and have been waiting for 6+ hours to talk to the management. We are in the process of figuring out if/what was taken and filing a police report. The security alone is a problem, but the lack of customer service is also concerning. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY. Edit: after posting this review I received a call from management and filed a police report. This allegedly has happened over the last few weeks and been reported at to MPD. This location clearly has a security and communication problem.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Go Store so far. The facility is very clean and easy to access, which makes everything stress-free. The customer service has been excellent, friendly, helpful, and responsive. As a new renter, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

This site is managed online via a large digital screen key pad & audio communications system just inside the front door. Be patient for virtual assistant to appear when checking in or needing assistance. The contract documents are not easily read or completed using their keypad. Beyond that the assistance is adequate, the site is clean and access is easy. Note. Parking is limited at the site I use.
