Gopher State Storage - Apple Valley

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! Had a big unit here for over a year. Great affordable rates, easy to get setup! Great easy to get to location. Very Clean units. With TALL ceiling: They have fire sprinklers as well in unit. Great staff, super understanding and friendly. Great security, easy to access drive up units either roll up garage doors. Good snow removal in winter . I would recommend this place again and again!

This is our first time renting a storage unit. Gopher State was reasonable and accessible for the size we need for a short time while we downsize and prep to move. Gate access using code was easy - some issues with the roller door our unit staying in the track. Made it difficult to open/close the door. May need to contact site manager to check on it. Updated review… we were contacted by the site manager who adjusted the track for the roller door and it worked great. We completed our move at the end of July. Sent the clean out photos of the unit to close out our account and had no issues. We would definitely rent there again if the need arises.

The facility is clean and well-maintained. Would be nice to have electricity in each unit.
