DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Ordered 1 pod, a 16x8, for the day of our scheduled move out. They showed up with 2, 8x7 pods, which are too small for the couch we have. Then the first pod came full of trash as pictured below that we were expected to unload ourselves which filled our apartments complex dumpster to the top. Additionally, the driver drove away without telling us and left the 2nd pod unusable as it is completely off it’s track and won’t open. No refund was offered and they didn’t come back for another 5 hours to try and fix the broken pod. They were unapologetic and did not prioritize the situation that they caused. The whole process was stressful and infuriating.
