The absolute worst place to do business!!!!! Super UNPROFESSIONAL! We rented a front office and 2 garages/bays to start up a watercraft mechanic shop! Myself and my husband worked day in and out to turn that dump into a shop that would look very presentable. We pulled up all of the disgusting vinal from the floor. Took off all the trim, patched holes, took off wood trim from the walls, and then we spray textures every wall and were getting ready to paint. So far, we spent around $500 on supplies. That took us 7 days. We got a call from the office assistant named David, who told us that we needed to come in and talk to him. He said that he was going to cancel our contract and give us a full refund and that we need to be out in 4 days because one of the other businesses, "Ajs mobile moto-sports" complained and basically said that we were his competition because he heard that we were also going to be working on everything with an engine. We called and talked to AJ, and he said he did not talk to anyone about our shop being there. We then talked to a manager named Dan, and he told us to send him a spreadsheet of everything that we were planning on doing in the shop.. We sent it to him. During that time, we told David that we were willing to ONLY WORK ON WATERCRAFTS and that we were willing to even sign something saying that we would not work on any motocross type vehicles. During all of this, David is being very unprofessional and talking disrespectfully about AJs character and said that he would talk to Dan to see if we could keep our lease. Long story short! We kept begging David to give us Dan's # so that we could communicate with his and see what we needed to do to keep the lease. David kept telling us that Dan was never available for us to speak to, and David's story kept changing as to why we couldn't stay!!! I basically feel they got us in there to remodel the place, and then once it was almost done, they just kicked us out!!!

Havastorage is the best! Awesome pricing and customer service 👏 David is one of the kindest, most professional people I have ever dealt with! We appreciate them dearly!! 5 stars to them and their staff!!!

Front office guy is a buffoon, messed up on our information putting it in the computer. We could not get into our unit for days until we got him to fix it. No apologies, just blamed us for giving the wrong info, but when we looked on the application all if our info was correct. Then cones the bill. An email saying "payment due". That is all it says. No link or how to pay.
