I recently rented a unit site unseen over the phone with Havasu Mini Storage. They were so helpful, and were able to find a unit for us. When we arrived hauling a trailer full of belongings we found that this unit would not work. We had already paid for this unit before we arrived. Not only did this company refund all my storage fees, but the deposit as well in less than one day. She appologized for the inconvience and issued a credit. WOW, best customer service ever!! If youre looking for a unit, this facility is one that I would recommend to all ... Thanks
