IN Self Storage - Everett

I was impressed with the price of a two month lease. Due to unseen circumstances, I needed to terminate my second month. I was told I would get a refund for the second month I no longer need. It has been over a week now since that conversation, let alone daily phone calls and at least four in person visits and nobody will respond. That is a very sorry way to run a business. I'm looking into any recourse I have to get this issue dealt with. I do not recommend this business.

This is my first time renting from you and I noticed right away that you have barb wire above your gate which I really appreciate as well as security cameras. I also noticed my unit was very clean!! Everything looks well Maintained. The only downside is the gate not working right now but was informed it should be fixed in march. The women at the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice. Thank you for making this a great rental experience and I will be a renter for a long time.

Can I just say I wanna not give them a star at all. I recently had an account with this company had it for over a year plus. This is a newish company that bought out the old company. The guy who works the front desk can never keep anything straight. Lied to me and legally stole money out of my bank. I have a video recording of them proving what they did was wrong. The guy behind the desk words were "o shoot why is that on auto pay that shouldn't be." Now auto pay was shut off maybe 5 month before this. So my card shouldn't have been on file. Now the company is refusing to give my money back which has caused alot of problems. Really sucks this company has to be like this. If I were you leave infact I'll tell you a better storage with on-site managers everyday. The staff are amazing and it's in the everett area only 7 mins from this junk.

Originally, I was attracted to this business from the glowing reviews on here, the clean and well maintained facility, a belief that the owners cared, and that it was a convenient location. Despite the fact that their prices were much higher than their competitors and they didn't have any if the perks other places offer, I still decided to sign with them. That is where the friendly smile faded. The original owners were bought out within the first months of renting there coming with a forced new contract. Then the gate went down for months, leaving them to restrict hours greatly and even close entirely during certain weekdays with no change to the rent given the limited access. Now, I am getting a rent increase out of the blue on a unit that was already extremely overpriced(it hasn't even been close to a year). Times are extremely tough right now, the last thing anyone needs is a greedly business raising rates outside of contract renewals. Ultimately, I would recommend any of the other storage options in the area, they tend to be cheaper, better managed, and come with perks like free storage truck rentals. As for this business, I will be filing complaints through appropriate government channels and moving out soon.

We cannot say enough good things about this Facility. We just concluded a 15 year run storing our items between 2 of their rented units. For 15 years they kept our household goods dry and safe. The only reason we left was having bought a house with plenty of room. I would HIGHLY recommend Neighborhood Storage. Roni and the crew there have been wonderful and we are sad to be leaving them. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
