Most of the other reviewers here tell about the check in procedure, so I will warn you about the route you use to depart the facility. Be careful if you come out and go to the right. There are construction areas where lanes and stuff are shut off, and there are numerous restricted routes along the way. Follow the detour signs carefully. There is one street (which was closed off when I saw it anyhow) that has a low clearance on it. Stick with the major highways. As far as my experience with the people, they were all super friendly and helpful, especially the trailer guy. Great employee. I had no issue at all with the office lady either. The dock employees must be professionals also, because the trailer was loaded well and evenly. Very, very easy to move around and back into docks. Should be no problem for even the newest rookies. Terrific facility and I would love to come here again.

Everything is intuitive and clear. At the entrance you must send a short message with a code to a certain number. After that you receive a link. You check in online, they call you back and give you the gate number, everything is easy.They loaded it pretty quickly too, then you go to the office, and your documents are already lying on the table, everything is very, very convenient for the driver.

This trip was one of the smoothest I’ve had at any cold storage facility, and that says a lot. Highly recommended for drivers looking for fast turnaround, respectful treatment, and a team that truly works with you. I will definitely be returning and appreciate the level of service they delivered.
