They don't plow or if they do it's inadequate. We got stuck there for 3 hours because when we asked an employee for help they said we entered at our own risk. I think maintaining access so people can get too and from their unit is one of the few jobs of a storage yard.

Removed my belongings and closed my account due to how awful the snow removal is. Once I saw the lack of care for safety of customers I immediately took my stuff out went to office and told that woman "Please close my account" 2026

BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY Cannot recommend this company. They will raise your rent, nearly immediately. Signed the lease. 2 months go by. Get a letter that each unit got a rent increase. I would feel different if there weren’t giant potholes all over the property, large piles of trash, or saw things getting fixed, or if say -I had been there even 90 days before an increase. Felt like I was already rolling the dice here with the flooding issues. Thank you for the motivation to find another option. Cubesmart thanks you too! Signed, A former tenant
