Love this place. The climate controlled environment is a blessing during the exceptionally hot summer days in the Sac area. We've spent many long days in there slowly paring down our inventory of stuff from our parents and ourselves. It makes a big difference when it's a comfortable temp and you need to be in the unit for some time. We are finally downsizing to a smaller unit and Jenna, the facility manager, has made the transition from our larger unit seamless in guiding us through the process. She is always cheery, helpful, knowledgeable and has always exceeded our expectations in all the interactions we've had with her in the 4 years we've been there. I recommended this place to my neighbor a few months ago and he also has had a very positive experience there compared to his previous outdoor unit where he was paying more.

There is trash in the hallways, no toliet paper in the bathroom, bath trash is overflowing. Bath sign has been on the floor for 2 months. Obviously no one has been here for awhile. Office has been closed. The same trash is where i found it 2 weeks ago. After a couple of months my rent was raised 30%. Wow. I was warned but didn't imagine this much.

The woman who works there is so helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her time and care when I go into the office.
