DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! Go ANYWHERE else!!!!! Lots of issues and horrible customer service!!! I rented a 10x30 unit. When I got to the unit there was still stuff in it and giant holes in the walls that look like thieves broke through to steal from other units. I didn’t want to leave my things in a unit that clearly wasn’t secure. I called customer service since it was outside of office hours. They didn’t have any more units the same size so the tried to move me to a 10 x26. The first unit the sent me to had 2 locks on it. The next two were full of stuff. They didn’t have anymore in that size so they downgraded me again to a 10x20. Finally found one that was empty and secure. I asked if I would be receiving the 50% off move-in special they had for the 10x20 since I was forced to downgrade. They refused saying I wasn’t eligible because it wasn’t a new unit for me. They considered it a “unit transfer” which made it ineligible for the deal. Even though I was forced to change units on the SAME day I placed the rental for the larger unit because of THEIR issues.

DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!!! They leave the units that are empty completely open and unsecured, so it's very easy for thieves to get in, bust a hole in the roof, climb up and that's all there is to it! They have access to every unit in that building! We found our unit with a hole kicked out of the ceiling and our lock cut off and gone. Tons of things missing as a result. It was a weekend and we couldn't find help so we put 2 new locks on the unit and tried all week to get in touch with someone by phone. No answer by anyone local, all calls went to the call center and they were unable to reach anyone as well. Messages were left daily, but not a single call was ever returned. We went back over there today, so exactly 1 week since the break in and someone had broken back into the unit!! Both our new locks were missing AND there's a different lock on the unit so we can't even get in! Tried to talk to someone, but there's no one in the office, as usual and all calls still go to the call center. Unless you want your things taken, I highly recommend against renting anything from these jokers. Your things are NOT safe here! Irreplaceable family heirlooms, jewelry from deceased loved ones....gone. It makes me sick to my stomach. Livid is an understatement!

I appreciate that you took the time to come visit us and explain the process that you were doing in our house. The job performed was great 👍. You also called me several times to see how i was doing.
