I signed up and was very happy to do so, because it's close to my house. Unfortunately after a few months your rates will increase. They'll say they sent out a notice of the increase. My rate was $69 and now its $83. I have multiple units and ALL the units have increased. Make sure you pay on time because the late fee is $20. Just give a 30 days notice and you can move out. Hopefully I'll find a company that doesn't increase their rates every 60 days.
