AVOID !!! Avoid by all means ! My unit got flooded recently because roof of this so-called climate controlled storage is leaking ! Guy at the office plays cool but provided NO real help ! Water stayed on the floor for several weeks, he didn't care ! Humidity is at 90% so EVERYTHING in my unit was destroyed ! Will definitely sue this shady business !

I storage is awesome and John at the San Francisco location showed me the right locker and gave me a few options. The whole process took 15 mins and I am so grateful. He is most professional and knowledgeable. John is the Best.

The unit we rented was not insulated which led to large moisture droplets collecting on the ceiling and almost all of our memories, photos, furniture and clothes being ruined by mold. I DO NOT recommend storing ANYTHING at this site
