These people raise the prices every few months, THAT APPEALING ONLINE PRICE IS ***NOT*** what you’ll be paying. The previous owner was much better and didn’t rob people blindly. I see why less unless storages are being filled. They are not climate control. They are outside and you get roaches in your unit. They also put a lock on our unit after they told us that it was OK to pay on Friday and come Wednesday, We come to get something out of our unit and it’s got a lock on it. This will be the last month they rob a struggling family! They DO NOT CARE IF YOU BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. 7 days in without notice after saying don’t worry your ok. You’ll have a lock on it..

BRING BACK PERSONAL MINI STORAGE!! Don't be fooled by the reviews most of them are from personal mini storage. I've been here eight years and never had any issues until i-storage took over. I have a big trailer and used to use one of the exit gates that has not worked since these people took over. The main gate has been broken for months! Stuck in the upright position. I've talked to them several times and I always hear oh the part is on the way. It's been months! What part could take months to come in? There's furniture and trash all over the place. And that continues to grow. And on top of that there's never anyone in the office to talk to about it, the sign has been on the door sorry we have missed you for months. This place needs to get their act together. We are paying for a secured and clean location.
