I was a customer of istorage in the past… Jeremy was so great then. Leaving the storage facility across the street, after a decade of being a customer there- I thought of my experience with Jeremy. I am happy to be back where I have had a great experience. He was again so very nice today- and I was so glad he answered!

Jeremy has always been available and enthusiastic in solving any issues (which fortunately have been very small) regarding storing our belongings at iStorage. In addition, Jermey’s friendly and accommodating personality ensures my complete satisfaction plus recommendation of iStorage!

Was able to get a great deal, and the guy at the front desk, Jeremy was super friendly. Also a pretty clean storage unit compared to most.
