Absolutely great experience with iStore! Ebony and Chris are gems and made our move so easy. There is something to be said about older, smaller businesses - much more personal, economical and better thought out than ExtraStorage (where we were before). We were able to move all our stuff in 1 elevator ride - versus 8+ at extrastorage. Much larger moving tubs/trolleys. Thank you Ebony & Chris!!

I lived in NYC for less than a year. My life took an unexpected turn, and I had to leave the place I was originally staying. A friend generously hosted me at an artist community warehouse in Brooklyn during a period of extreme bad weather. Eventually, I realized I no longer had a reason to stay in NYC, so I moved back to San Diego. Unfortunately, I couldn’t relocate all my belongings at once. With the help of good friends, I found a safe and affordable space to store my things. Since 2013, Istore Green has provided me with reliable and affordable storage. I traveled back to NYC several times in 2014, bringing back items I could carry on the plane. Knowing NYC's climate challenges, I took extra care to pack my belongings properly—sealing boxes, double-bagging, and securing everything to protect against potential damage. After the winter of 2014, I was no longer able to visit, and I started having nightmares about my precious art books being destroyed by mold, eaten by moths, or otherwise ruined. Thankfully, I was wrong! None of that happened. Istore Green is the real deal. Every single item I had in storage remained intact. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process, which gave me much-needed peace of mind. I was particularly pleased to know that Istore Green aligns with my environmental concerns and supports renewable energy initiatives. I want to leave this testimony to encourage anyone looking for a trustworthy storage solution to choose Istore Green. I do not write reviews at all because I’m old school, But Ebony went over the top to help me and family with our storage unit. They have best prices in town! Joseph as well tremendous gentleman. I dropped my wallet without realizing and he called me back right away, He saved my life! These people are the best, kind and extremely helpful ! Thank You again to Istoregreen family! I recently moved into the Hall Street facility and from my first visit there to inquire about rates and availability I was impressed by how friendly and professional the staff was. The place is Spic and Span clean and well lit. They even gave me a large box truck free so I was able to move everything in one shot and saved a lot of money, and the rate are GREAT. So glad I found this place. Much respect and appreciation for the staff.
