Jo's Storage

The unit was rented through UHaul site, when I arrived to put my items in storage, there was no lock on door but when I lifted door, unit already had items in it. They had apparently been there a long time as there were spiderwebs on items, rat feces everywhere on the stoves and floor, cockroaches and water bugs were everywhere. No fence on property, no lighting at all. A live wasp nest was attached above the unit door. I had to rent another storage unit at a different location. The person at Jo's Storage that I spoke with the next morning apologized and told me I would have a refund by Wednesday 7-16-25. Today is 7-20-25 and still no refund. Unless service improves, I do NOT recommend it. Adding another photo with the confirmed unit number, 35. Today is August 3, 2025 and still no refund to my credit card. August 29th, 2025. STILL no refund.

Its alright, but could use a few improvements. I've had mice & bugs get into a lot of my stuff, even when they are packed in plastic containers. They have actually pried open some & gotten into them or eaten thru the plastic. I just wish it was climate controlled too.
