Lockaway Storage

If I could give a 0 star I really would… I had furniture ( a sectional couch, swivel chair, ottoman, king size bed w/ box springs , and other items in the storage for 2 1/2 years may I add they furniture was nearly BRAND NEW when put into storage in 2022 I believe and here it is 2025 I went to retrieve my furniture and items to move into a home and EVERYTHING was molded& mildewed and not to mention a rodent got into my mattress!!! I paid for the insurance every month and now that I do an insurance claim they deny it because Lockaway claims they couldn’t find anything wrong in the storage but they had to do work on the storage units multiple times since I moved my items in the unit, they don’t think maybe them opening and letting moisture into my storage unit didn’t possibly damage my items …. About 3 thousand dollars of furniture gone…..

I recently rented a storage unit from the Lockaway Storage on Holmes Lane in Texarkana. The young lady, Destiny, was very helpful and friendly when I stopped in to ask a question. She answered my question, offered a snack/water, and let me know the office had restrooms if ever needed. Overall, Destiny provided great customer service and I will continue to use this location because it was very welcoming, clean, and friendly. Note to owner: please look into having a parking lot sale on the property this fall or spring! I think many people would appreciate it and it would be fun!

Best customer service ever since I been renting with Lockaway Storage. I want to say thank you Destiny for really making me feel like a valued customer. Her great customer service made me feel like using this facility is well worth my money.
