Omar at Extra Space Storage provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely nice, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. He took care of everything perfectly and explained things clearly, which made the experience stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so helpful and pleasant—thank you, Omar!

Great customer service by Omar. He is really well versed in customers service. He was able guide us through the units and which one would fit our needs.

Bait and switch classic. I was asked to complete a review at move in, which at that point was 5* with Omar. Unfortunately I now have to downgrade this from a 5 to a 1. I spoke with someone on the phone regarding what I had to store (golf clubs/snowboard and other longish items) and was reassured they had a unit to fit my needs (I was told 10x5 but upon arrival, it was 2 5x5 units) only to arrive and see that the unit would definitely not work for me. But by this point they’d already made me sign the lease, pay the $29 admin fee, $16.50 for the mandatory insurance, $19 for the mandatory lock, plus ANOTHER $29 for ANOTHER lock because it was a “multi door unit”. So I’m $100+ out of pocket for a unit that will sit empty for a month. And I was told there is no chance for a refund. I will be disputing the charge though. Omar tried his best to help and he was just about the only redeeming quality of my visit here.

Had my stuff stored here for about a year plus. The facilities were always clean, secure and well maintained. All the staff I’ve encountered have been super helpful and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Johnoi particularly for helping me out as I was getting things organized for an international move out.

I've had an overall good experience with Extra Space as a facility, and the help and customer support I got this December from Nir at the 18th Street location was some of the kindest I've experienced in my life! Thank you Nir for all your help.
