Manhattan Mini Storage

I had a great experience renting storage at this location (Chelsea). I wasn’t sure of the unit size I needed so I went to see for myself. Garrette helped me out by giving me a tour of a bunch of different units. He was very patient with me, helped answer all my questions, and gave off a genuine vibe. Tony was there on my move in day and he was just as helpful and kind. The location, access, and security of the building is great, but having guys like Garrette and Tony around makes the whole experience even that much better.

Today, I had the opportunity to meet Dale Newman at Manhattan Mini Storage in Chelsea. He fixed my Unit door in no time . Very gracious and professional. I was impressed with Dale. I would recommend this Storage company to anyone. Clean and professional.

Not very happy to be honest I Set to rent on 21st St. and Broadway in Manhattan but it turns out that somehow the room was rented on 17th St. and 10th Ave., Manhattan well, I was left out in the cold overnight with all my things because of this era once I was able to move in to 21st St. and Broadway after the second month they more than doubled the rent more than doubled. I was paying 107 and it doubled to $230 something dollars. Which I had no choice but then to move to 17th St. and 10th Ave. the hours was better for me and they would give me my discount as well. Well right after moving in less than a month later that I was changed from T 10 PM closing time to 6 PM closing time which did not work for me. so now I am stuck moving my things once again to 21st St. and 10th Ave. this has been very difficult moving from place to place because of the different schedules and the pricing that has been given, I’m hoping that this day at 21st St. and 10th Ave. it doesn’t give me the same issues cause I would hate to have to move again

Garrett’s was very helpful. I needed to trade units so that mine was in a building with a ramp. He accommodated me. When my lock didn’t work on the door of the new unit, he gave me a lock that did. I was very pleased with Andrew as well, when I first came in, and he arranged everything.
