Metro Storage Express

We had a super pleasant experience with Metro Storage today, particularly the lady behind the desk. She spoke with us multiple times and was just so enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. She made a rough day of moving (and not such great movers, for another review) so much better. Picking up using the app was easy and we had no issues with equipment. Hopefully no more moves in the near future but if there are, we will use Metro Storage again.

An affordable storage location that is able to mot have 50-80% rate increases like the chain storrage locations that like to bait and switch

The staff is very kind and helpful. The process is horrible on the app but the staff at this location helped get everything right and apologized when it wasn't even their fault. This is now my second time doing business with them and I will continue to come back and to recommend this location to people I know.
