Really easy, painless process for renting the storage space. It was completely virtual, interacting with a remote agent via big screen monitor and iPad.

This place is predatory and absolutely horrible. No one is ever in the office, and don’t let them scam you when they offer 24/7 access “for free” when you sign up. My rent went up over $100 in less than a year, and my guaranteed 24/7 access was NOT available. They told me through an email it was an extra $15 per month, which was NOT what I was told when I signed my original lease. I had emails every other month with a rent increase, and was threatened to be charged another month’s rent because I couldn’t get the last of the garbage out of my unit after 10pm. I was told originally I had 24/7 access. They harass you, they increase rent whenever they want, and then they want YOU to sweep and completely clean the unit out. I had to threaten legal action to be extended to get my garbage out because the gate closed on me at 10pm. People have jobs, and rental trucks can only be gotten when they’re available. I will NEVER associate myself with Midgard again. This Glendale establishment doesn’t even have a representative on site, EVER. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Their elevator is out of order constantly too, so if you have an upper unit, you’ll be taking the stairs. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. I was told they have “over 100 locations, and had no idea who I was” when I contacted them about not being able to access my unit to finish move out. I did everything within a timely manner. People have lives, jobs, and monetary restrictions. I will never recommend this company to ANYONE. I lost $1000 on move in also because my moving company couldn’t get in with my 24/7 access I was told I had. Do not fall for their scams. They are not worth the ridiculous cost! I moved my things to a bigger climate controlled unit and I’m saving $200. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Midgard is a safe trustworthy self storage company, they are affordable, clean, kind and I love doing business with them, Amanda made my process so smooth she was kind and understanding and I am very satisfied with the service! 10/10 recommend!
