I have to say Bob at the Lutz location-very knowledgeable & helpful throughout my checkin & checkout process. Ms Karah from the VM location was so sweet & patient to help me through the storage rental process. Both teams were Phenomenal! Thank you! Especially being it's the last day of the month & it was full of people... We're both so patient & kind.

We've rented from Midgard for several years. The facility is clean and easy to access. We had some questions on our two units and Reyanna was friendly and extremely helpful.
