I am soooo blessed to have found this amazing storage place!!! Thank you to those who have left stellar reviews and I hope I can help someone else! I spoke with Mary Beth and oh my goodness—her spirit of excellence, genuine caring and professionalism are exceptional to say the least. Moving to another state and going through relocation can be daunting and challenging… Put yourself at ease with this storage company!! Sorry if I sound like an info mercial but I can’t believe the level of comfort I received! Mary Beth exudes warmth through the phone, empathizes and quells any inhibitions you could have. Amber the human customer service was very helpful and nice. The units are clean and the facility is gated, climate controlled, Safe, easy to access and they have rolling dollies at each entrance. The negatives for me are the location.. it's very hilly so a uhaul can get precarious. We got a discount rate during a special. Thank goodness bc funds are tight at the moment but with the Insurance you have to have it's stretching it. I understand the reasoning. Glad we only need it for a few months.

Two people did an outstanding job at Midgard. Mariah went above and beyond to help an elderly lady and her handicapped Son. Jessica also did a wonderful job in helping me find the nearest Uhaul store. Bless them for their kindness.
