Midtown Storage

Great experience at Midtown Storage! Prices are fair, and the staff is awesome. Donna and Gavin took great care of me and were incredibly helpful. Really glad I chose this place.

Lack of basic maintenance during the winter has made it impossible for us to access our belongings in this storage unit. Huge ice formations in the base and sides of the door make it impossible to get in even with the use of ice, shovels, and other tools. There has been multiple occasions when I have tried to get to my belongingsand it has been impossible. Do not use this storage company. Cannot explain why would it be closed on Saturday or Sunday like that’s when I would like to get my stuff since I work until late hours in week days.

Donna at the front desk is the most helpful customer service agent I've ever dealt with. She went out of her way multiple times to give us the best experience possible. Whatever she is making, she deserves a raise. I would definitely use this storage unit again in between my next moves. 10/10
