The staff have been helpful and accommodating. Michael and Shannon have been fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean, inviting and very well lit with no dark areas or burnt out lighting. The staff answered all of our questions and gave suggestions to make our move in experience easier, the pricing is very reasonable too. The experience has been very pleasant!

I signed up for a 10x10 unit over the phone on Wednesday morning while driving from Nashville to Charlotte for my move next month, and Michael helped me with everything. He was professional, friendly, and made the process seamless. Highly recommend!
