I can’t say enough good about this place. April is amazing, she has a wonderful attitude, very helpful and welcoming. She greeted me by name right away, always has a smile on her face and always quick to respond. I feel my things are safe and secure and would recommend this storage facility to anyone and everyone in the area.

The facility is always spotless, easy to access, and feels very safe and secure. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve gone out of their way to help with a smile. It’s rare these days to find a place that truly cares about people, but that’s exactly how it feels here. I have had a storage unit here for 9 or 10 years. It is a very clean place. The office is always available and if not they call you right back. It’s always decorated for the season. The people are knowledgeable of what you have to offer and go out of their way to help you. April came here recently but seems like she has been here for years. She has helped me in a few situations and wasn’t upset if took more of her time on the phone than usual. April is definitely a plus for Morado Storage. She is the Manager and also is your friend in a way that she offers any help that she can to make you feel comfortable. I would hate to have my belongings in any other storage facility!
