In the numerous times we have worked with NORTH STAR MINI STORAGE it has always been a positive experience. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and I have never had a disagreement over money. A perfect combination for me to keep coming back again and again.

Paid my July 2018 rent only to have my Lease terminated & access hours limited. Very unprofessional & unethical business practices. Completely inconsistent with the North Star Mini Storage image & reputation I was used to. Do not recommend nor endorse the North Star Mini Storage on University Avenue in Saint Paul. Avoid this headache & Customer Service Nightmare.

Went to look at the units to see if this was going to be what my husband And I needed. Prices are a lot higher than most of the other places we looked at. The guy who showed us the unit was kind of smug and unfriendly.
