One Stop Self Storage Jackson

Awful experience. All my stuff was ruined by mice & water damage with mold. Been trying to submit a claim since August & nothing has been done. All they did was keep charging me after I told them I moved out (with the 15 day notice they ask for). Very upsetting and stressful as well.

Well let's start off with my for never worked right. It was so hard to open I dreaded having to go to the storage unit all the time. Then I went to get my last load to leave and the entire unit is INFESTED With those large shield shaped boxelder bugs. All in my boxes all over the sides of my stuff. Im so GROSSED out right now!!!! 8 days before my bill was due I let them know I'd be leaving. Because it wasn't 14 days notice I had to pay a whole months rent. Look elsewhere

It was hard to reach someone. After 2 days of trying to reach someone, they called back. Turns out they have been having phone difficulties. She was able to help me with what I needed and updated my account. She was very kind and helped me in a quick manner!
