Pear Self Storage

The management locked my sister out of all 3 of her units and said that she was late on her rent, when she was not. We had hired a crew to help her consolidate her units and when we showed up, we were unable to complete the job, but still had to pay the help. The answering service is obviously in another country and they have refused to provide us with a copy of the lease and will not provide contact information for the property owner. My sister is elderly and disabled and I believe that they are taking advantage of her; as well as treating her unfairly. Day 2. We are back with a crew AGAIN and cannot get in. No answer at the phone number provided. I was yold yesterday that the gate code would give us access. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! BEWARE OF USING THIS PLACE FOR STORAGE!

Customer service is unprofessional is like playing phone tag. You call a number they never answered. Call you back days later, talking about we miss your call. It's been 2 weeks and my problem still hasn't been resolved. You might as well saved your money, you gonna be very upset dealing with this facility. Only good thing about this facility is the gound keeper person, very polite and down to earth.

I've been renting here for more than ten yrs and, I've had a closet for all this time, my monthly payments are now more than a 5x15x12 which is huge. It has dbl increased with no explanation. Not happy.
