The unit is clean. 2 stars because for one, the auto pay system on the website does not work, so if you rely on that you will acquire the $15 late fee and your unit will be inaccessible. If you miss a payment, expect your unit to be locked for the better part of a month. Last month’s payment was late because of the autopay not working. Fast forward to the following month, with the unit paid on time (having to do it manually), and we are unable to get into the unit because the lock is still on a month later.

I can’t recommend these storage units enough! The whole place is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. The units are easy to access and well maintained, and the pricing is more than fair for the quality you’re getting. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful—they really go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in the business. If you’re looking for storage that’s safe, affordable, and run by good people, this is the place to go.
