Premier Self Storage

I have rented from this organization for a few years, only yesterday May 4, 2022 have I ever encountered a serious issue with my storage unit.Someone actually cut my lock off my unit to ransack and vandalize my stored family goods in my unit. The vandals put their own lock on my unit obviously to return and remove my family’s and my own stored items, I assume they could tell anyone who might ask where they got odds and ends of furniture etc they attended an estate sale or auction. I took the vandals lock off of course and put a lock of my own back on after I took photos and made a police report. I called the manager this morning at the main office only to find out this happened to another renter too that had goods stolen but my thoughts are this, if thieves or vandals have been known to have broke into the Storage Units why was no notice given to unsuspecting renters like myself so I could of went sooner to check the security of my unit. I am an old lady, I don’t drive but my kids would have drove to check my unit.A policy should be put in place to notify renters to check their units if people are breaking into the units to steal or vandalize the contents in the storage units. I don’t blame the managerment, you know this happens everywhere , I read the newspaper you know but a policy of notifying the renters of theft/vandalism issues should be a policy of good faith by the owners and managers of the Premier Storage Units. I have never had any issue like this before and there is always room for improvement so I am posting this review to increase awareness and hopefully encourage a policy of alerting renters to check on the security of their Storage unit if any break-ins are ever reported. I am sorry this happened to myself and other victim of these thieves/ vandals. Sincerely Mrs.Lee.

Had storage unit for 1 month, pad lock was missing, and storage unit was broken into, all items were gone thru, and leather furniture was damp with water on the floor!! Police were called to file a report, there better be compisation for all this grief!!

Throughout the years I've had this storage I have had nothing but the finest of service and treatment from the staff of this organization. I can't sing it's praises loud enough, to communicate how satisfied I am.
