I had an issue with my bill, and Angie was excellent and went beyond her means to finding out what happened with my bill and explained to me in detailed, giving me clarity that I need to feel at ease. She was so very helpful. Thank you Angie.

Angie is literally the best! Not only is she very knowledgeable in everything Prime had to offer but she is extremely kind. I may have went off topic because I was going thru a drastic life change that had took over my mental head space in a NEGATIVE WAY and she was there for me in a majorly!!!! I honestly can not thank her enough for that act of kindness she helped pull me out of that dark hole that I was in. It's very rare to find someone like that.. Thank you Angie for helping me with my storage necessities and with all your positivity and light that you were able to share with me...

I had an excellent experience at Prime Storage on Zerega Ave. Shae, Angie, and Brittany have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They were proactive in helping me choose the best storage space for my needs and made sure I understood all my options. What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. Moving can be stressful and overwhelming, but their guidance and support truly helped reduce that stress. I felt like I could genuinely count on them to steer me in the right direction.
