I’ve been with Prime Storage for years, going back as far as when it was McHenry Self Storage. The customer service has always been the most pleasant part of renting a unit from here, particularly James who works on site. He was a tremendous help when I needed to downsize into a new smaller unit, getting me a good size at a great price. I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism, and feel that James really went above and beyond to help us out. I plan on staying a loyal customer for years to come.
