I had a wonderful experience booking my unit through the website! Crystal and Shania in the office were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even walked me to the unit so I could check it out. When I was ready to complete the application, I filled it out with my phone in the parking lot, and they texted me a code to the door. It was so easy! Thanks again for your friendly service!

The place is safe, clean and located in a good place, I don't complain about the service itself but about the person who was doing cleaning on Sunday March 1st about 2 pm, at first she was rude but then she became hostile, I have some of my stuff in the hallway cause I was reorganizing my unit and she wanted to sweep exactly the part of the hallway where my things were, I asked her to give me a moment to put my things inside the unit but she continued to be hostile. The truth is that I got excited too and answered her back. The interaction ended when another client nearby told me not to listen to her that it was not worth arguing with her and that's what I did but the truth is that that person should treat customers better.

I’ve been coming here for a long time, I’m used to having Nikki helping me, but Crystal and Shania been killing it too. Yall have the avengers of the storage industry. Appreciate the help and attentiveness, the staff here don’t make you feel bad for needing a helping hand.
