I had the opportunity to meet Irene, the property manager at the Forest Hill public storage facility this afternoon. I was quite impressed by her friendly, welcoming demeanor and her keen attention and willingness to problem solve my storage needs. Frankly it's rare anymore to encounter this level of customer service displayed by Irene!!

My mom visited the Belair/Forest Hill MD Public Storage location to make a payment for my unit in another state, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Irene was absolutely wonderful in her patience, professionalism, and incredibly helpful in quickly locating my account and making sure everything was handled smoothly. The facility itself was spotless and well-maintained, which really stood out. The office area was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the whole process was fast and hassle-free. It’s clear that the staff here take pride in their work and in keeping the property in great condition. Huge thanks to Irene for her kindness and efficiency. She truly made the whole experience stress-free! Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for friendly service and a clean, well-run facility.

I have had a unit at the Forest Hill location for a while now and I have to say that the customer service provided by the facility manager, Irene, is second to none. She was so helpful when I had an issue and went above and beyond to find a solution and make me happy. 10/10 Highly recommended!
