Michelle and Madisyn are great! 😊 I lost my storage unit key and simply didn’t know what to do. They assisted me with gaining access to my unit and I am so grateful that they were able to help me out! When I think of “above and beyond” customer service, this public storage location comes to mind. It doesn’t take much to spread a little kindness. Thanks so much ladies!!
