Patti took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood all of my options. What really stood out was how she helped me make the best decision for my situation—she showed me how I could upgrade my unit while still saving money by staying within my current space. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers instead of just making a sale. Patti’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge made the whole process easy and stress-free. Just rented our 3rd unit with Public Storage and this location was by far the best one. The manager Patti was wonderful. She was so welcoming when we first arrived and was so helpful and sweet during the whole rental process. We chose this location because of Patti's great reviews and the cleanliness of the facility. I have rented space at many storage facilities and must say that the customer service at this facility is outstanding. Patti is personable, professional, prompt and will always answer questions and assist without any hesitation. Recently, there was an issue with my credit card where payment was not made and she communicated with me prior to the late payment date. Obviously, this was very helpful and appreciated because the other storage facilities where I have rented would never have contacted me prior to the late payment date. If you want friendly and professional storage, then this location is the place for you.
