Public Storage

Went in yesterday, on March 4th. Lisa was so comforting while speaking with me and she was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable. The place was so clean I was impressed. I would DEFINITELY CONE BACK FOR ALL my future needs!!!

I truly appreciated the information I received about the units. Jahaida was incredibly kind and patient throughout the process, making me feel valued as a customer. Overall the place is clean and safe. I moved my stuff here because they offered a much cheaper price online than at my former storage unit. I made a reservation online for the lower rent. When I went in person to finalize the rental, I was told the unit was no longer available, that it had been rented earlier that day. They offered me a similar space for a much higher price. I stood my ground and suddenly there were several units available at the original price. Nevertheless the rent went up a few months later, however the price was still lower than what I was paying at my former unit. Don't move here on the first or last day of the month for you'll end up paying your moving crew a lot to wait around for the elevators. They raise the rent about every 6 months. I moved my stuff to a nearby storage facility that charges a lot less and does not raise the rent regularly. So far, so good.

Once again, I’m disappointed with the service. I arrived and the gate access was closed, and no one had cleared the snow, making it impossible to enter the property. As a result, my time and money were wasted. Last month I also came at 9:30 AM, but the manager was not on site. I stood waiting at the gate for an entire hour. At this point, it’s not even worth mentioning the broken elevator — it feels like it’s never going to be fixed.
