Had such a fantastic interaction with Chris today. I had to get some forms signed for another location too far away to drive to & he knew exactly what forms I needed and got them put into my account immediately. He made the entire transaction so smooth while also helping another customer without skipping a beat.

Nice looking facility and easy to access. Though customer service & maintenance needs help. 100% of the time get voicemail when calling local property management. Went back to our storage today after the movers moved out most items and found a public storage lock on our unit. We are paid through for the remainder of the month. No phone call or email. Also air circulation needs work. We had a good amount of mold build up and this was previous to the fire.

Joseph at this Public Storage was phenomenal assisting me in renting a unit!! He is the epitome of customer service!! He walked me through the halls to find my unit, which included a thorough tour of the facility. Then clued me in on several little details about the stairwells, the entrances, the elevators, and the restrooms. Thank you to the HR staff at PS for hiring people like Joseph!! He is a five star employee! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Joseph keep up the good work!
