Crystal did an amazing job of helping me out with a problem I had with billing. She has amazing customer service skills and was a pleasure to work with. The issue was resolved. Other than that, I never really had an issue at this place, and everything was pretty good I'd say

Crystal, was timely down to the minute and had arrived early to our arranged meeting time. She was kind and patient through minor trivial moments such as a goofy computer. This office had stellar rates. The best as compared to 10 other local Minneota storage units. Also the best throughout the public storage offices. I'm very grateful and appreciate the on-board welcome and transparent pricing.
