Public Storage

Liked this place at first.. they have carts you can use to move your stuff. Until today I come to remove my things and there’s a lock on my storage from them and the employee is sitting outside waiting for her boss because she has no keys to get into the office let alone remove the lock. I proceed to wait for over an hour, and her getting an attitude when asked for an ETA because this will be the only time I can get my things out before paying for another month. Who comes to work with no keys to get into the building etc? Unprofessional.

Prices increase near 400% after 3 - 4 months. It is cheaper for me to store my boat near a lake with cover storage than it is in an open parking space here. If they would have increased by just 100%, then I probably would have stayed. It's a nice new place. They're only about 1/4 full of parking spots.
