Anna has been the BEST from day one of my first ever Storage usage. She helped me through EVERYTHING!! I was even locked at 9 pm(I rolled in at around 9-I thought it was 24/7 lol) but she helped me! Thank you all and I will definitely recommend public storage to everyone!!!! 💚💚

Just search Public Storage reviews or Public Storage BBB complaints…Consistently raises theirs prices. Don’t worry the advertised price will never be what your bill is. I rented for 2.5 years.I booked online to get the “special prices.”I never received the online $1 move in special. I had a 10x30 unit in Joplin MO. The advertised price the day I left was $124 My bill was $320. My contract signed said $127 a month. The insurance forced upon you is a joke. Read all the fine print. As you should w every contract. You will never be able to collect on it. This is a common practice. Read BBB complaints & lawsuits. Consumer affairs.com will help also. Don’t worry they abide by the rules except for the lien practices. They aren’t always to Missouri State laws. Or at least I paid fees that were not up to the laws. They definitely don’t want your business long term. The dumpster is for employee use only fyi. You will be fined if you use it. Please read reviews. This isn’t the place to rent from. The employees were decent. No complaints on them & no good words I’d say . This is the business practices that is horrible. Not worth your time or money!!!

Chasity was and has been very helpful! Public Storage is always looks nice and feel safe! I was so relieved to see that all of the roads were plowed so I could get to my storage! Thanks to all of the employees 😊
