The woman who helped us get everything finalized was so amazing, informational and sweet. She made a stressful situation a little less stressful. I didn't have many questions, but the ones I did she had answers to. The gentleman who did a follow up call earlier today was just as helpful, and tried to make this process as easy and convenient as possibly. As of right now, I highly recommend!!

Hello My name is Christia Goolsby and I recently obtained a storage unit and was new to the process. Even though I stopped in right before close of day. Representative William took his time unrushed and assisted and supported the process every step of the way. Making sure I totally understood everything. I appreciate the great customer service snd being glad I stopped in when I did. Thank You!!

William was excllent and is has great customer service!!! I was need of a larger storage unit and he worked with me almost everyday keeping me up on the status of a larger unit!!!! He contacted me this morning to let me know the storage I requested was free to rent. I was so happy I started singing I just want to thank you Lord for blessing!! Thank you William for excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
