When I first was at this storage unit, my rent was $37 a month. I’ve been there for over two years and they’ve reached it to $72 a month and then got rid of all of the storage carts so I can’t even remove or bring in new things for my storage unit. I basically can’t use my storage unit because they have no carts for anyone to use because people steal them. Well, that’s not my problem. You guys need a better system of tracking your car and can’t expect your renters to pay high fees when they can’t even remove or bring in new items.

Fernando was a breath of fresh air and answered all of my questions. After headaches of trying to find a storage unit, I think I made the right decision. The facility is new, clean, and secure.

Fernando is absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the best people I've dealt with in the customer service industry. Very polite, communicated well, and he worked with what I needed and on my schedule. 10/10 guy!
