Ashley was so cool, kind, and AWSOME! Great rates, simple process, and $1 to start! Clean facilities, well kept spaces, great lighting, gates that work and on site staff. Excellent Customer Service Highly Recommended

The location of the facility is great but the management is extremely unprofessional with lousy customer service. I've stored my business inventory here for over 2 years. Once this new guy took over (I miss Aaron, he was wonderful) I've had multiple problems as the hours advertised are not being adhered to and I have pictures of the property manager in the front office, 35 minutes before the advertised closing time (it takes me 10 minutes to unload and reload and he knows that because i am here ALL THE TIME), IGNORING ME probably because it's Friday and he wants to go home. I get it - AND- I pay $300+ a month to have access to my stuff within the advertised open/close times. I am now looking for other options. I've called customer service a few times for the same reason, without any sort of response and clearly no reprucussion because it continues to happen. All thumbs down for Public Storage on Main St.. I'll be working on bringing my business elsewhere.

Adam was very friendly and communicated everything very well. He made my visit quick and easy as I had to return to work. I left with a storage rental 😊
