Not a bad place at all to store your goods. The front office guy , Marlon was extremely helpful. He took his time to write down all the details of how we would pay for the space.

Ms. Jeannie is an amazing leader and Public Storage and we are blessed to have individuals like her in our community. She is caring, knowledgeable, poised, and professional! She is a joy to do business with!

Prices go up without notice. Very hard to get a refund. I successfully did get my refund through the credit card company. This also happened to a buddy of mine. They double charged for 6 months using two credit cards. He called corporate which absolutely did nothing. He called the credit card company, faxed them where they was taking out the same charge on another card and reveresed the charges back to public storage. Seriously, it is my humble opinion that you should go elsewhere to avoid the duplicitous nature of this company, avoiding the stress and work that my buddy took on. There are better places in town for less money and a more caring staff.
